Our SchoolsWork project has been running since January 2007.

We work predominantly in Holywell High School where we have run a drop-in facility for vulnerable young people. We have also taken regular R.E lessons and worked with the ASDAN group of pupils. Our input has already proved to be an asset to the school as we are contributing to the spiritual and development of the pupils. This work also supports our StreetWork project as we are working with many of the same young people on the streets as in school.

We have also been involved in taking R.E lessons in Flint High School in the past, and we are looking to forge stronger links with other local schools in the near future. We believe that being involved in the life of the local schools is a great opportunity to offer support to young people, especially those who are vulnerable. Since working in the schools we have had the opportunity to give support and advice to many young people facing difficult situations whilst also being able to offer a fresh and relevant perspective on the Christian Faith.
